Before I start. This post was inspired by an article I read on medium and I knew I had to share my take on it.
‘I like having something bigger than myself to believe in and to work on. I guess you could say I’m a driven student — albeit one who knows from the start that 25% of uk businesses fail within the first year and that the chances of success are slim.
But I believe.
It’s just a matter of getting other people to believe, as well. I have the ambition and the drive, but I can’t do it alone. I need other people to believe in the ideas too. That’s half the fun, at least to me seeing if I can get other people to believe in making something from nothing.’ Turning ideas into reality.
I talk a good game but I’m very reserved and ridiculously quiet at times. Buttt I have found that the more I speak the truth and avoid all things that are superficial, the more i rebel those kinds of people and intellectuals will come out of the woodworks.
Yesterday morning 3am. I wrote down three things I’m going to try and implement immediately.
1. To step out of my comfort zone.
2. To “Force it” if I want something.
3. Not to follow anyone who’s not going anywhere.
“ With some people you spend an evening: with others you invest it.”
If you’ve read this far I’m guessing you can relate to this in some way.
